The 2024 sequel to Sugar Rush
Sugar Rush 1000 keeps the original’s 7×7 grid, clusters and sticky free-spin positions, but its multipliers climb to ×1,024 instead of ×128, the maximum win rises to 25,000× the bet and a second buy at 500× brings Super Free Spins.

The rules both games share, such as how clusters and tumbles work, are explained in our guide to the original Sugar Rush.
What stays the same
Both games use a 7×7 grid where 5 or more matching adjacent symbols form a winning cluster, and tumbles refill the grid until no win is left. A first winning explosion leaves its position marked, a second adds a ×2 multiplier, and 3 or more scatters trigger free spins in which marked positions stay put.
What it changes for your budget
The cap rises from 5,000× to 25,000× the bet, but the game puts the chance of reaching it at 1 in 12.8 million spins, against 1 in 2.34 million for the original. The new 500× buy also puts a large sum on a single click: €500 at a €1 bet, against €100 for the 100× buy.
Sugar Rush 1000 multipliers: up to ×1,024 per position
In Sugar Rush 1000 a multiplier belongs to a position on the grid, not to the sweet sitting on it. When a winning symbol explodes, its position is marked; when another winning symbol explodes on the same spot, a ×2 multiplier appears and doubles with each new explosion, up to ×1,024.
The doubling ladder
- ×2
- ×4
- ×8
- ×16
- ×32
- ×64
- ×128
- ×256
- ×512
- ×1,024
The original Sugar Rush stopped at ×128: ×256, ×512 and ×1,024 are the steps the sequel adds.
How the multiplier is applied
Pragmatic Play’s game page says the multiplier on a position is added to every winning combination formed on top of it. On its own the number pays nothing: a new winning cluster has to cover that position for it to count.
Sugar Rush 1000 free spins: 10 to 30 to start
Three or more scatters anywhere on the grid trigger the free spins, with at least 10 to begin with. The full scale below comes from the launch announcement relayed by Yogonet, and it matches the original game.
| Scatters | Free spins |
|---|---|
| 3 | 10 |
| 4 | 12 |
| 5 | 15 |
| 6 | 20 |
| 7 | 30 |
Positions stay marked for the whole bonus
During free spins, marked positions and their multipliers stay in place until the bonus ends and can keep doubling with later tumbles. A position that reached ×8 early on can still climb towards ×1,024 in the last spins. In the base game, the marking only lasts for the current spin’s tumble sequence.
Retriggering the bonus
Three or more scatters during the bonus award extra free spins, according to Pragmatic Play. Marked positions stay where they are, so the extra spins carry on with the multipliers already built. The game page does not give the number of extra spins: check the rules screen of the game you open.
Sugar Rush 1000 bonus buys: 100× or 500× the bet
The demo server lists two buys, each priced as a multiple of the bet in play: change the bet and the price changes with it. See also: Sugar Rush: demo, rules and a guide to the original game.
| Option | Price | Demo RTP | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free spins | 100× the bet | 96.52% | The standard free spins bonus |
| Super Free Spins | 500× the bet | 96.44% | Free spins with a ×2 multiplier on every position from the start (OLBG) |
Real price by bet
| Bet per spin | 100× buy | 500× buy |
|---|---|---|
| €0.20 | €20 | €100 |
| €1 | €100 | €500 |
| €2 | €200 | €1,000 |
| €240 | €24,000 | €120,000 |
Read the total before you confirm: at the €240 maximum demo bet, a single Super Free Spins buy costs €120,000.
When the buy is missing
Whether the buy buttons appear depends on the version of the game and on the country. OLBG notes that the buy options are not offered to players in the UK, where free spins can only be triggered by scatters.
Sugar Rush 1000 RTP and the odds of the max win
The demo server gives an RTP of 96.53% in normal play, 96.52% for the 100× buy and 96.44% for the 500× buy, so the Super Free Spins return slightly less in theory. Pragmatic Play’s game page shows 96.00%.
Both figures can be right: the game exists in several versions with different RTPs. The one that applies to you is shown in the information screen of the game you actually open, and it is a theoretical average over a huge number of bets.
1 in 12.8 million
The game puts the chance of hitting 25,000× at 1 in 12.8 million spins. The original capped wins at 5,000×, with a chance of 1 in 2.34 million. The ceiling is higher but much further away, and no run of losing spins makes it due.
Playing Sugar Rush 1000 on a budget
The demo first
The demo on this page runs on play-money credits: you can watch the multipliers build up and see how a bonus unfolds without spending anything. Demo credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
A 500× buy costs as much as 500 base spins
At €0.20 a spin, the 500× buy costs €100: the price of 500 base-game spins at that bet. The 100× buy is worth 100 spins. One bonus can return far less than it cost, so count the buy inside your budget, not on top of it.
18+, limits and help
This page is for adults aged 18 or over, or older where local law sets a higher age. Set a spending and time limit before you play, and if it gets hard to stick to, use your operator’s time-out or self-exclusion tools or a support service in your country.
